Module 10 assignment:

You will need to demonstrate the procedures for reporting details of a compliance inspection in the appropriate formats.

Instructions:

1. Download the assignment form through this link.
   
2. Save onto your computer as IQA09_3_10_Inspections_reporting + your Initials, date (yyyy/mm/dd).
   
3. You will need to upload the IQA09 form + some of the following - for example, expert witness forms, screen shots, documents, photographs, photocopies etc. to show that you have met the necessary criteria. 
   
4. Upload the evidence onto the LMS via Add submission button below.
