Module 2 assignment:

You will need to identify the required PPE to be used in different inspection scenarios and demonstrate correct usage.

Instructions:

1. Download the assignment form through this link.
   
2. Save it onto your computer as IQA09_3_2_Use_of_PPE + your Initials, date (yyyy/mm/dd).
   
3. You will need to upload the IQA09 form + for example screen shots, documents, photographs, photocopies etc. to show that you have met the necessary criteria.  
   
4. Upload the evidence onto the LMS via Add submission button below.
