Module 7 assignment: 

You will need to demonstrate the procedure for determining compliance at premises dealing with fishery products.

Instructions:

  1. Download the assignment form through this link.
  2. Save onto your computer as IQA09_3_7_Premises_Inspections + your Initials, date (yyyy/mm/dd).
  3. You will need to upload the IQA09 form + for example expert witness forms, screen shots, documents, photographs, photocopies etc to show that you have met the necessary criteria. 
  4. Upload the evidence onto the LMS via Add submission button below.
