Module 8 assignment:

You will need to demonstrate safe and secure working practices whilst undertaking inspection activities in accordance with legal requirements and organisational health and safety policy.

Instructions:

1. Download the assignment form through this link.
   
2. Save onto your computer as IQA09_3_8_Health_and_Safety + your Initials, date (yyyy/mm/dd).
   
3. You will need to upload the IQA09 form + some of the following - for example, expert witness forms, screen shots, documents, photographs, photocopies etc. to show that you have met the necessary criteria. 
   
4. Upload the evidence onto the LMS via Add submission button below.
