You will need to identify all the required documentation to be carried by various fishing vessels and the relevant information on:

• Catch retained onboard
  
• Gear used
  
• Areas fished
  
• Fishing effort declared
  

Instructions:

1. Download the assignment form through this link.
   
2. Save onto your computer as IQA09_3_3_Document_Inspections + your Initials, date (yyyy/mm/dd).
   
3. You will need to upload the IQA09 form + for example, expert witness forms, screen shots, documents, photographs, photocopies etc. to show that you have met the necessary criteria. 
   
4. Upload the evidence onto the LMS via Add submission button below.
