Module 9 Assignment - Sub-module 4 - Interview Evaluation

Instructions:

1. Download the assignment form through this link.
2. Save onto your computer as IQA09_4_9_4_Interview_Evaluation + your Initials, date (yyyy/mm/dd).
3. Complete the assignment by filling the answer box on the form, referring to resource material, where necessary.
4. Upload the form onto the LMS via Add submission button below.

 

Assignment:

You need to submit a self-evaluation of the interview conducted and any intelligence submitted:

• Evaluate the interview and all available material and prioritise any further action. (e.g other lines of enquiry, file completion or no further action)
• Evaluate your own performance in the interview and identify any learning points
• Input any intelligence gathered

The evaluation should be of an interview you have conducted as part of an investigation and ideally the same interview you submitted for the interview assignment (Although if your interview (sub module 3) has already been graded and feedback provided by your assessor, you cannot then submit for evaluation).  Remember to redact appropriately.
