By registering on the Learning and Management System you agree that any information provided can be used by the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) in line with the following privacy notice.

How information about you will be used

Any personal data which you supply will be used only in connection with the requirements of the Learning Management System. This includes maintaining a record of and/or the identification of training needs, skills and accreditation relevant to your role.

We may be required to share your information with external bodies as evidence for accreditation purposes.

Access to your information and correction
