An overview of the structure of international, EU and domestic fisheries laws. Putting each aspect of fisheries law into context, the course will aim to provide lawyers with a basic grounding in the hierarchy and structure of the laws that affect sea fishing in UK waters and by UK vessels anywhere in the world.
